As a manager, working results of the whole group have many influences on yours. So how can we make best use of strength of a group?

In order to equip managers with useful knowledge about conflict since then help them to find the way to solve it efficiently and thoroughly, bring the highest results, in July, 31st 2010 under the direction of the board of directors, the office of the company held a training program with topic “ Communication skills in management: Conflicts and Solutions”. There were 23 leaders, managers from Viet Vuong Group took part in this event.

Eight-hours program brought to participants valuable knowledge. Unlike former traditional learning methods, this program applied interactional exchange method which helps learners directly exercised through simple but meaningful games, improve ability to work in group, develop creativity and bring relaxing minutes after hard working days.
